Who we are
The controller of the data collected on this site is Alexandros Giannopoulos, a self-employed professional trading as “Bynix”, registered at 16 Andromedas Street, 2103 Aglantzia, Nicosia, Cyprus.

What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email, phone, company and whatever you write to us, when you fill in the form, email or call us.
- Visit data, only if you accept it, from our own statistics tool and from Google Analytics: pseudonymous identifiers, the pages you visited, your browser, your device, where you came from, and whether you sent us the form or pressed one of our contact links, such as our email or phone (never what you wrote).
- Technical data, such as your IP address, logged for security by our server and by Cloudflare.
- Your choices: your answer about cookies and the site’s language.
Why we use it
- To answer your message and send you a proposal (steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To see how the site is used and improve it, only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
- To protect the site from attacks and abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax rules when we work together (Article 6(1)(c)).
We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Messages and contact details: as long as we need to talk and, if we work together, as long as the law requires.
- Visit data: our own statistics cookie expires after 12 months; as soon as you withdraw your consent, we delete both the cookie and the visits it recorded.
- Google Analytics: its cookies expire after up to 2 years and are deleted from your browser as soon as you withdraw your consent; the detailed data Google has already received is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable form. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you believe we haven’t respected your rights, you can turn to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), where we are established, or to the authority of the country you live in, such as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) in Greece.
Security
The site works only over HTTPS, only those who need it have access to the data, and the software is updated regularly.

If anything changes in how we handle your data, we update this page. The date of the last update is at the top.
